My Story

I ’ve always been drawn to health and wellness. Healthy living and movement naturally appealed to me, and just for fun, I tried a Modern Dance class in college. I fell in love with the connection I discovered between my mind, my body, and my spirit and knew I had to keep pursuing this. I earned a degree in modern dance, but more than that, I learned through a mind/body connection how to feel grounded, heal and manage emotions, and find wholeness. This changed everything for me, especially in my relationships, leadership ability, and the capacity to pursue and achieve my dreams. The strategies I learned in dance were essential in helping me maintain my well being. My skills expanded as I explored yoga, nutrition, and all the stages and changes women experience.

When I learned about coaching, I knew I had found my calling. I support women as they navigate their health, their environment, and their relationships - with others as well as self. I love to help them connect with their body, nourish their body, and understand the messages their body is telling them. I know coaching can help women feel amazing!

My Qualifications

I have been trained in health and life coaching and I am a nationally board certified health and wellness coach (NBHWC). I have been professionally coaching since 2020. I am also a 200 hour Yoga Alliance trained Yoga Instructor as well as hours trained in Trauma Informed Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I have a degree in Modern Dance from Brigham Young University. I danced professionally in my early years out of college and later owned a creative dance studio. I have always been drawn to the mind/body connection and its power in messaging what we need to be whole.
